I was looking for a name that would contain the essence of what I am writing about: to combine quantum physics with the element of, let's call it, esotericism. At the same time, I wanted to create a blog for everyone, without the need to understand difficult terms, with the possibility of adapting to individual needs, hence the caption "health in all dimensions". No matter who you are, I am writing for you and I hope that at least some of my entries will make sense to you. You can choose any of these themes and try to implement them into your life. You can also discuss with me and make me aware of where I made a mistake. Or, if you like, you don't do anything at all with this information. Sometimes such "nothing" is enough. You may also find that these things have always existed in your life. This is it! I want you to trust yourself, your intuition and your creative power.
In quantum physics, string theory, in a very simplified way, speaks of the multidimensionality of our human life. That is, there is much more going on than we can examine with normal research methods. Many things cannot be explained with our mind, a large part of our life is played out behind the curtains of what is physical and tangible on our planet. However, we can access these dimensions and use them to improve our quality of life. I believe any person can do this as long as they know the right ways to do it.
Vianna Stibal describes in her book with a similar title the so-called 7 planes of existence (picture!). Each of the planes contains a different element of our world. Most often, we focus most of our attention on the well-known human physical plane. However, at any moment (which becomes more obvious when we leave this world) we have access to each of the other planes, below and above. This is also what I mean when I speak of multidimensionality. This is something I have learned relatively recently and which has really broadened my horizons, opened doors to places that I could never even imagine.
The Multidimension is also a matter of the micro and macrocosm. In short, the point here is that everything is closely related. The world of bacteria, the world of humans, the world of minerals, the world of souls, whatever happens in one of them affects all of the others. The fact that, for example, you litter your body is reflected in the littering of our planet, no matter if you don't do it directly. The fact that you clutter your mind with unnecessary information also translates into your food choices, and so on. The moment we realize this, it's easier to make a choice that will be good from this broader perspective - we start to think multidimensionally!
I chose a butterfly as the logo. Butterfly is an important for me symbol of the transformation that I have been going through for several years. The triangles that make up the butterfly are related to the Dagaz rune, which also speaks of transformation and change. This blog is my change, its culmination. I decided to share everything I learn before I even feel like an expert on these topics! I decided to learn more through interaction. This is the element that was missing in my life. I was blocking the flow of energy, and only now I got to fully understand this.
Finally, I would like to add that I did not even think about it when designing the logo, but the so-called butterfly effect assumes that the smallest, seemingly insignificant change can change a lot. I guess that is also what this blog is about. But I recommend you see this for yourself! 😉
