My attitude towards herbal remedies and supplements is rather cautious. Of course, there are mixtures and herbs that I use regularly (e.g. Ayurvedic Triphala), but in general I have always been terrified by the multitude of different plants available on the market, their dosages and complications resulting from inappropriate combinations or allergies. Maybe some of you have a similar experience? 😉It probably wouldn't hurt me to have some education in this field, but at the moment I don't feel like I have such a calling – I'm much closer to Bach Flower Therapy and quantum medicine - although I do not rule out that one day something will change and I will start rummaging around the nearby forest and meadows. 🌿 However, I'm well aware that selecting herbs is a complicated process, the body sometimes gets used to them and they generally act mainly on the material level (=in the physical body). And I'm a supporter of action at the level of cause, not effect, and things that are not necessarily quick, but simple. Simple enough for an ordinary person to be able to recognize what they need at a glance and not get discouraged during such treatment. This is the motto of my blog and all my activities in the field of health. It is also a bit of a rebellion against what is known and cliched, which is strongly in my nature.
I was skeptical when I came across the so-called bioinformation preparations. The name honestly caught my ear, and I also liked the colorful packaging of the Pentagram series from Energy. 😅 I thought “aha! I'm close to falling for good marketing…” But something was bothering me and I dug a little deeper. I read a lot of reviews on store websites (mainly Czech, with the help of a translator) – the vast majority of them were positive, a large part proved the loyalty of users to the brand. So I guess I've been fooled...
The bioinformatic nature of their supplements consists in combining herbal extracts with an element of homeopathy – we provide not only the medicine, but also information about the effect we want to achieve. So we are dealing with action not only on the physical level, but also on the energetic level. The simplicity of the system is based on the elements and the meridians assigned to them - the theory of the Five Transformations in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). There are only five lines of Pentagram preparations (hence the "satanic" name 😅). It is useful here to know the meridians assigned to individual Bach Flowers (which is discussed in my course or here 💙 sorry only in Polish for now! But you can find these connections in the upcoming Dietmar Krämer's book "New Bach Flower Therapies 3"), though we can also rely on specific physical symptoms as taught by TCM. Detailed descriptions of each line can be found at the Energy official website. A big plus for me is that the vast majority of them contain herbs from our areas of Central Europe, as this brand comes from the Czechia.
Energy also offer other supplements, e.g. colloidal minerals, a herbal preparation for ear infections, moisturizing nasal drops, humic preparations for tissue detoxification, coffee with the addition of health-promoting mushrooms, or collagen with the addition of Ayurvedic herbs (I admit, this one was first to intrigue me!).
It's too early to draw conclusions as to whether I can recommend these preparations and supplements based on my own experience, but I'm impressed by their ingredients (although I don't think I will use Pentagram creams due to the presence of licorice and snail extract 😓) and the holistic approach to health that this company stresses. In some time, I will let you know about my successes or failures with Energy products. [update 30/10/2024] In short I will say that yes, they do work! 🥳 I noticed a big shift particularly after a few weeks of taking Vironal (the Element of Metal) - my skin became very resistant to damage!
If you have already tested these supplements or any bioinformation preparations, be sure to share your experiences in the comment! 🙏
