O mnie

Sylwia, in my early 30s, a visual effects artist by profession. Yoga has been present in my life for 8 years, for the past few years I've been also learning to work with subtle energy in various forms. I'm fascinated with quantum physics and the multidimensionality of our reality.

One requirement – a bathtub!

I have recently realized that when choosing a place to live, the only convenience I cannot do without is it. I used to be a fan of showers, but it was like that until I learned about the incredible power of bathing with magnesium salts, frankincense/tea tree oil, and recently also baking soda.

Where does the trend for replacing the bathtub with a shower cubicle come from? No time? Why do we not give ourselves a gift of an evening in the bathtub? 🤔 Self-care is another topic that is very close to my heart. The relief I feel in the water is hard to compare to anything else. Definitely a favourite in my self-care routine, which practically did not exist for me just a few years back... Unless we are talking about painting nails or dyeing hair blue, which I have recently "grown out of"! But self-care is not about looking better, it's more about feeling better. And then you find that looking good depends on how you're feeling on the inside, not the other way around...

A więc regularne kąpiele! Soli magnezowej (magnesium chloride, może być też sulfate/Epsom lub sole z Morza Martwego) musi być dużo – conajmniej 1 kubek na kąpiel, do tego opcjonalnie 1-2 kubki sody oczyszczonej. Naturalne olejki i kwiaty suszone są wspaniałym dodatkiem (kwiaty polecam wyłowić przed wypuszczeniem wody po kąpieli 😅). Można się nawet pokusić o mleko kokosowe, sproszkowaną perłę albo, dla odważnych, wodorosty! Taka kąpiel to naprawdę nie jest ogromny wysiłek, kiedy uda Ci się zdobyć te parę niezbędnych składników – sole magnezowe są podstawą, którą można opcjonalnie rozbudowywać wg. własnych preferencji.

And no, this is not a pleasure reserved only for ladies - see the picture above. Seriously, there's nothing to be ashamed of. The baths are nice and I think every guy should at least give them a try.
