It's time for the first conclusions from my adventure with Bach Remedies, which I previously wrote about right here.
From the first mixture I composed for myself, I feel a definite difference. However, I do not believe that all problems just simply resolved themselves - that is not the power of this therapy. However, combined with the willingness to notice certain patterns in our lives and take a closer look at our reactions to stressful and unfavourable situations, when we are criticized or when our loved ones draw attention to our negative behaviour - this therapy greatly facilitates the self-healing process.
Those who are sensitive to energy will feel the difference after the first doses. But even if you don't feel it, subtle changes appear with each passing day. This doesn't mean that all your problems will definitely be solved with the first mixture. Bach Therapy uncovers layers of blocks, limiting beliefs and programs that we have accumulated over the years. By exploring the energy of each Flower whose negative condition I "diagnosed" in myself, I was able to notice much more than in my previous journey towards solving my emotional blockages. Some tendencies are not obvious when we look at ourselves from the inside (it's worth asking your loved ones!). Some tendencies are not comfortable or pleasant. Importantly, not everyone will manifest the state of a given Flower in the same way! Therefore, therapy for me is also an exercise in sensing the subtle energies that govern my reactions, instead of understanding them from a purely mental perspective. Of course, the latter is initially necessary in order to choose anything for yourself. In a way, Bach Flowers became a dictionary of emotional states for me. Sometimes tendencies that are difficult to capture are much easier to describe as an aspect of a specific plant. Dietmar Krämer's Body Maps also proved useful during my journey, as they very accurately assign extracts to specific areas on the body (you can find them in his book or here).
Everyone wishes to get to really know themselves in some way. This is evidenced by the great interest in psychology, systems such as HumanDesign and astrology. How do Bach Remedies help with this? Showing us the way to the potential that lies within us. The flower is a living symbol of perfection and lightness, the lack of any inhibitions to be 100% authentic and therefore wonderfully beautiful. Flowers are at the peak of their evolution. They seem delicate, but they can survive the most difficult weather conditions or grow in the most difficult environments - especially those often considered weeds, flowers from the group of, as Edward Bach called it, "the highest order". Although they are often inconspicuous, they are mirrors for our highest human values. Everything in our world is a hologram, "as above so below, as within so without". Flowers embody the various faces of the beauty of the human soul and they are ready to connect us with this beauty, remind us of it.
If anyone is wondering whether it's worth trying, I recommend Bach Flower Therapy wholeheartedly. 🤍 I think it has enormous potential due to its simplicity and zero harmfulness (unless you consider alchemizing your negative patterns as harmful 😉). A few days ago, I completed the first of the three levels of certification as an official therapist of this method, so that I can also help others choose their Flowers - but undoubtedly everyone can understand the basics on their own or seek advice from people who already practice the Bach Therapy (there are loads of them in the UK!).
