Water, just like the Sun, is the basis of our life on Earth. Some time ago I wrote about drinking it with caution, considering quite substantial toxicity of drinking water in its "standard" version. Today I will expand on this topic and suggest what could be done so that water serves us as a healing substance, instead of simply pouring through the body or even creating further problems.
If you choose bottled water, I recommend only glass ones, due to microplastics, which have been widely linked to hormonal imbalances, but also disrupt the mucous layer in the body that protects us from toxins and provides home for our microbiome. If you don't want to spend money on such water, make it yourself. 😉 The first step, unless you have an access to a natural source of clean water, would be filtering it. There are many filter jugs available on the market, but I do recommend filtering using a natural rock, namely the shungite. It's not only cheaper, but also closer to nature - we can easily keep such water in a glass jug, and shungite can be used many times (just clean the stones from sediment with a brush from time to time). The downside of this method may be its convenience, because it takes some time - at least 8 hours, e.g. leaving it to sit overnight. Of course, you can work out a system, thanks to which you will always have the right amount of filtered shungite water.
The next stage, optional if you're using that water to cook the dish, is its mineralisation. The simplest and cheapest way is to use a bit of rock salt. It's not really worth searching for the exact calculation, just test it in terms of taste, it should be very slightly salty, just like highly mineralized healing waters. Rock salt, e.g. from Kłodawa, contains a lot of other minerals in addition to sodium - such as iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, potassium and iodine. Sodium in such salt is not really something to be afraid of. If your diet is rich in organic vegetables and fruits, chemical-free and low-processed, the probability that natural salt will harm you is, to my knowledge, negligible. Unfortunately, in the media (at least Polish media!) we hear a lot about how harmful the salt is, and it is not the actual cause of any disease - although in excess it could worsen a problem existing for another reason.
The next step will be the structuring of the water. In healthy body cells, as well as in fruits and vegetables, water molecules always form an organized structure. If you want to effectively hydrate your body, structure your water. There are several ways to do this - you can freeze the water and let it thaw. Creating a vortex by mixing it in a certain way also adds structure to the water. However, it may be even simpler to keep it in crystal decanters or to use quartz crystals with the greatest transparency possible. Quartz is just silica, so it doesn't hurt to throw it straight into the water.
When structuring water, it is also worth taking care of its energy. Water is an amazing carrier of information! Masaru Emoto was a scientist who studied the consciousness of water and discovered that water records vibrations, intentions and emotions from its environment. 🤯 This of course makes a lot of sense in light of other discoveries in quantum physics/biology. Veda Austin also developed a method of photographing the structure of water under various influences - surprising results of her work can be found here. In practice, we can "charge" water with positive emotions, such as love and gratitude (in the picture above!). This can be done e.g. with an intention, a harmonious sound or words/symbols written on the jug or on a piece of paper underneath it. Water will reflect these states in its structure as beautiful harmonious shapes, as opposed to the chaos of water that is unstructured or subjected to negative energies.
An interesting fact - microwaving the structured water for 1 minute completely destroys its structure. Boiled water retains its structure.
If you don't believe that water structuring or charging makes any difference whatsoever, test it out and water your plants or give it to your pets as an alternative. 🤓🌿
